In regards to UTEP. The new Direct of Athletics, needs to find a way to pay the coaches more. It's time to get aggressive. Drop Nike. There needs to be a study done, on the value of UTEP and or "Texas Western" get on the phone with Under Armour. They are expanding their footprint... UTEP can be the answer to their Southwest need. Texas Tech is with UA. Get rid of those generic uniforms...

Does UTEP pay Nike for uniforms? Are they free? Does Nike pay the school anything?

School should have never changed the name to Jutep. Smart move, they win a national championship and then change the name the next year--stupid administration.

Texas Western would fit perfectly in this conference with North Texas, Western Kentucky, Middle Tennessee, and any other directional university I missed.
