OT : ALL THINGS SOCCER (-) WC and EURO CUP 😜

I’m honest surprised it took this long. Went for the failed “I’m letting the trustees handle it” and found out that they didn’t want to run the club so go figure
I doubt they’ll find an owner who would be willing to pump tons of cash into the club like Abramovich. Plus I wonder if he’s going to call in all the loans he lent the club.

No and states that all proceeds will go to Ukraine

It's no surprise that Mexico's culture of violence and death spilled into the soccer stadium. The country is in chaos and that’s the only thing most of those barras know.

There's a few wannabe hooligan fanbases in the MLS but the league is quick to crack down on them. We've had a few bad experiences with the SG's of KC, Frisco and Houston. In KC they jumped us after the game and stole one of our "trapos." In Houston they jumped one of our trumpet players, gave him a concussion and stole his instrument and scarf. In Frisco they came over to our section and started fights. It’s nothing compared to Liga MX.

Is it feasible for Liga Mx to have a ticketing system like European clubs where your have to create an account with the club in order to purchase tickets? They have cameras facing the stands and that’s how they’re quickly able to identify unruly fans and ban them from future games.

In theory, yes. But, Mexico is one of the most corrupt countries in the world.
I know rising ticket prices in Liga MX is an issue that has priced many regular fans out. Once people are in the stands, those high prices of admission tend to give ticketholders a false sense of entitlement and or want to take out their anger for those prices out on someone.

Hope that doesn't happen at the DHC.

Money Wise = good decision, sports wise = terrible decision. He could have stayed in Atletico a couple more years then move to MLS.

Supposedly they said they're gonna start implementing the system. At least they're no longer gonna accept fans from visiting team in the stadiums.
