Mixed opinions about the guy, personally. One thing I liked about him…his opinions were not only widely respected, but also widely heard, and he did not hold back on his praise of Don Haskins.

Best damn college hoops coach the last 50 years when not considering the some of the things that were no longer tolerated. But surely a winner who did it his way. RIP Coach Knight, hope you and “Easy Ed” get to enjoy the fishing and hunting escapades in the sky.
