They may not end up with a 33-3 record, or whatever it ended up as, but UH will be just fine in the Big12. In fact if anything, playing a tougher conference schedule will probably fortify their resolve once the tourney comes around.

One of the people I follow on Twitter retweeted it on Monday, basically saying Wolken was wrong.That tweet is from March 2019. Not sure why it was posted.
UConn was still in the AAC at that time (announced Big East departure in July 2019) and Houston to the Big 12 was years away.
