UTEP recruits have been using this phrase on Twitter with Coach Scotty retweeting them. Anyone know the meaning??
Picks Up, Thumbs Down??

Coach mentioned it on the radio show but was in the middle of a call so I didn’t get all of it. If they put the replays up he does explain it along with other new verbiage for the team.
From what I understand, pick’s up, thumbs down is their defensive thing for their DBs. When they break up a pass, they all go thumbs down.
