Ohio State needs a QB for next season. Most of the good transfer QBs are taken from the transfer portal. What's not to stop Ohio State from calling Nelsons Reps?? I don't think they would but they could become desperate.

Well people on the national radio didn't mention him. So I thought they didn't have anyone. They were talking about Ohio State might have to look at the transfer portal.

Ohio State might not want him but Ohio State can start a domino affect. What if this Julian Saying is another Nelson and is not ready yet to take starting spot. Ohio State and USC needs QBs ready to win National Championships. Then Ohio State can go poach around for a better QB. Let's say they go poach around a QB from a smaller school that school might be in interested in Nelson. We really don't know who Utep beat out to get Nelson.

I was looking at the 247 QB transfer rankings. The top 50, only about 10 of them went to non power conferences. Top 35 it was only UNLV, James Madison, and Utep.
