I remember that song until now I couldn't have told you who composed it. I just looked them up describes them as "Christian" metal.
On a side note, I heard RATM is having a concert in El Paso and Las Cruces on March 26th and 28th. I will be visiting El Paso then. Maybe go to both shows.
Despite being a Christian Metal band, I liked this song when it came out almost 20 years ago.

I haven't paid for a Sun Bowl in years. Had free tickets a couple times. I don't mind POD but sick of the match ups. Listening to Olivas in SportsTalk is nauseating. Talking about 4-6 teams needing to become bowl eligible and this team and that team may lose and fall to us.

Looks like it be will Arizona State and Wake Forest. I will take seeing those teams vs. what other bowls have.
Could be worse, but ASU was here in 2017 and 2014. There’s 12 PAC 12 teams, no reason why we need to see them 3 times in 6 years.
Very true, but it's better than a lot of bowls and it is still a Tier 1 bowl.
I follow metal somewhat closely. While I'm not a big fan of that genre I find it ironic that POD had to defend that they are a true christian band over the years. When I was in high school when metal heads got together it was quietly asked "He dude, what ya think of Stryper" ......LOL!
Skillet and POD really broke the dams open for the christian hard rock/metal market. Skillet and POD are more of your headlining christian bands so to speak.
So many sub-genre's of metal it's getting harder to keep up.
There are three PAC 12 teams with identical 7-5 records.
Washington, CAL and ASU.
One of those teams will be here.
A lot depends on whether UTAH makes the playoffs or goes to the Cotton Bowl as an at large pick. If they don't then two of those teams will be available to the Sun Bowl.

If LSU loses to Georgia, then Utah won’t make the playoffs. LSU, Clemson, and Ohio St are in no matter what happens. Utah needs LSU to win to have a shot
I love reading the comments from people that El Paso is a terrible bowl destination. One was funny that said they would rather go to Tucson. LOL
