We have to win at least one road game 1st before we consider going on any runs.UAB has had our number for several years now. Miners may hang in for awhile but just don't see us in this game to win. Good news is that we get these tough road games early and sets up us up for a run later in conference play. We can't lose at home, have an upset and have to pick off all the weaker teams on the road to make a run. UAB isn't one of those teams.
Date/TimeMy book opens UTEP +16. Sheeeesssshhh.
UAB did lose to Toledo at home, but they scored 93.We'll need to score 70+ to have a chance.
Do you think we've regressed that much in one year or UAB has gotten that much better? I thought we played them kind of close both times last season.UAB did lose to Toledo at home, but they scored 93.
I have a feeling that our interior is gonna get lit up today. Our bigs will be hedging against Walker, but it wont matter. Look for big games from Jemison, Buffen and Brewer. Losing Sibley at the 4 has really hurt our defense.
UAB 85
Miners 60
Our scoring and free throw making capacity have taken a major blow from last year and we have yet to finish a close game on the road AND you know how I feel about our bigs defending the 3 point line. Plus we are very inconsistent and don't have the means of making any big sustained runs.Do you think we've regressed that much in one year or UAB has gotten that much better? Stomach cringe game for sure tonight. Our scoring and free throw making capacity have taken a major blow from last year and we have yet to finish a close game on the road AND you know how I feel about our bigs defending the 3 point line. UAB retained all their major contributors and added a few more. They have a major scoring threat, defend and rebound well. They are experienced and are coming off an NCAA experience looking for more. They have a better coach. I think it's both.
Ever since this statement…pure ass.Good start. Too bad it’s not a sprint.
4 came in and tried to do too much.Ever since this statement…pure ass.
And ever since this statement…😎Ever since this statement…pure ass.
So your role is to only criticize. And ever since this statement…😎
Dos Anjos still has yet to do anything positive tonight. Has not been impressive thus far. Adrian Broaddus hyped him up as the best offensive player on the team... not seeing it.
I Don't know what it is but UTEP has a lot of players that flourish after they leave here.Dos Anjos still has yet to do anything positive tonight. Has not been impressive thus far. Adrian Broaddus hyped him up as the best offensive player on the team... not seeing it.

Sibley? Who is this guy you speak of? Talk about invisible. Dayummm! Agree in regards to Dos Anjos.Better than what I thought we would do, but still too much sloppy play McKinney for all his talents has a low BB IQ, and Dos Anjos is as invisible as Sibley.
