I agree 100. But even if you take away the playcalling from Dimel what does it do? You’ve got a QB who’s 50/50, a supposed “veteran line” that can’t really dominate the line of scrimmage, and WRs who consistently drop the ball. Opening up and letting Hardison pass 40 times a game won’t solve anything because that just means he’s going to miss 20 of those passes.

At this point, Dimel isn't giving up any play calling. He has to see the writing on the wall and is going down with the ship.
