I can’t wait to read all the excuses for this week and why next week we’ll turn it around.
I called a 42-14 Northwestern win. Anyone that thinks UTEP should be favored in any game the rest of the year is talking physcho talk.
I'm not sure Northwestern scored 38 points total last year.
The more Dimel involves himself in the offense the worse it’s going to get.
People need to call out the guys on Miner Talk too. They were acting like UTEP was going to go on the road and smash Northwestern because they ran all over a D-2 school.
Good call. I thought Dimel would shit the game away down the stretch. Looks like a bad case of diarrhea had him shit it all away far earlier in the game.

I can’t believe Dimel thought they played good football in the first half. Northwestern just managed to play worse in the first half. Not one person thought UTEP looked good in that first half.
Post game interview with Dimel and once again he doesn’t seem to be upset with his team. Sounds like he’s smiling and laughing again. He doesn’t care, just cashing in.
Exactly! A historically trash football program with an All-Time trash Coach/QB combo, who could have guessed we lose? Talk about luck right!? 🤷🏻♂️

Tyrin gave up on us 2 years ago and then again this year when he tried to transfer. Saw he wasn’t was his numbers were and came back to the dumb girlfriend that takes the losers back. I believe hes been checked out. Just padding numbers now
He’s hardly doing that, though. 127 yards through 3 games. He was a 1000 yard receiver last year.
It’s 3 games. We have at least 9 to go. He can absolutely get back to having another 1000 yes season
I would gladly wager on that. In fact, it’s not a stretch to predict he won’t lead the team in receiving yards this year.

The first half went how I expected. The second half did not. I'm ready to move on from Dimel. The team just quit in the 4th quarter.
I was just alluding to the idea that he’s disappeared. And up to this point, he has.

I don't think Tyrin is the problem. Hardison is just awful. Tyrin is no Jacob Cowing though, who was special.
I don’t think he’s the problem but I think he has checked out because of the offensive game planning, QB play and lack of production. Thatd be enough to check out for a player who’s tried to leave twice in as many years in my opinion
I’m not so sure about that. Hardison is more than 13 percentage points above his completion rate from last year, at 65% on the season, and it only went up today. He is hitting more of his passes, yet Smith isn’t the beneficiary of that “improvement”. Smith looks like he’s half assing it imo.
I suppose it is entirely possible that GH is “punishing” Smith for leaving, but I doubt it though.
Exactly the way dimel thinks too I’m sure. He is aware that we could have gotten the 1.2 mil and won right? We don’t lose the money if we win. He sounds like the type of guy to throw a game for cash

Agree. So instead of having two weapons, being that Smith has demonstrated he can be one, he seems to be playing flat to me.
I don’t know. It appears that way to me. Not just because of his numbers.
I personally don't think he should have been allowed back just out of principle. But utep is really weak at WR so I get it.
