Man 15-0. Do they have the mercy rule?

I don't know how long these Mexican college softball programs have been around, maybe a year or two, in fact I didn't even know they existed until I read it on El Diario. However I think it's a good thing these games with no mercy take place so these teams can face reality and learn from it.
