It is really pathetic when you can't over power an FCS team to convert a 4th & 1

I have a problem that we run it out of the exact same formation every time.
As soon as we line up in it, they have 11 in the box. Run 5 wide, under center, make sure they can't sub and load the box

Defense has done enough. Hopefully the offense can put this one away. 5 mins is a ton of time.
I would fired Dimel just because of the 4th down qb sneak play.
Sorry but our coaches are just being donkeys. The play calling is just so inconsistent with absolutely zero creation in the running game. If their excuse is level of player execution, then that is their fault too. So lame.

They're running alot of inside zone. Which is fine, but you can run IZ alot better in a fast break offense
EXCELLENT clock management on this drive. If nothing else, we've definitely improved in that aspect from the last two seasons.

Defense won this game. UTEP lucky to win if they can run out the clock. I’m more discouraged now than i was after the Texas loss.

How bad is your team when you are relieved to escape with a win against an FCS team?
I mean it’s not impossible. ULM sucks, but not UTEP suck. Don’t like our chances versus a FBS team on the road.
