That's why I believe when ESPN and AAC renegotiate the AAC schools will not be receiving the payout they are right now.

My understanding is that the existing AAC schools continue to get $7 million whereas the new schools receive $2 million. Adding these schools must have been the condition ESPN imposed for the existing schools to continue getting their $7 million.

But yes, when it's time for a new contract, I'm sure they'll all be taking a smaller payout.

The 2 weeknight games were at a better time slot. Ours was late like 10:15pm et. That number was not bad when you compare time and other games on at the same time. We're you out of breath and salivating when posting, thinking you had something really bad to rub in the face of UTEP fanatics?

I would also add would the most populous section of the country, meaning the east coast, care about two non-Power 5 conference college football teams from the state of Texas playing at 10:15 PM on a Saturday night?
