Wow, finally caught them, then gave the lead back. How is it that we beat the Lobos in the Pit but are letting McNeese State control the game in the Don?
I know. I don’t dislike him like a few on here, though. I may not always agree with him, but…You don't have to listen to the "Ignored Member". Just sayin'.
Because you’re not a coward and don’t wear UTEP glasses 24/7/365I know. I don’t dislike him like a few on here, though. I may not agree with mom, but…
Yeah, agree. This is where we see how valuable Verhoeven is…cuz it’s not always exactly evident how much we need him.Not having Verhoeven under the basket is a problem with their 7 plus footer. But, putting Kalu and Maring in at the same time could be a big mistake. But...what if?
Oh, I always have the glasses on. I just may realize they’re not always working.🤓Because you’re not a coward and don’t wear UTEP glasses 24/7/365
Probably why he rarely playsWhat in the hell is Onyema doing shooting a 3?
I would settle for taking lead in the game. 😉Time to put this thing away.
There ya go.I would settle for taking lead in the game. 😉
We really aren't running any offense, and have no interior game. It will come down down to making threes.Have we finally come alive, or are we going to let them stay in the game?
We will start to pull away.Have we finally come alive, or are we going to let them stay in the game?
Played with two starters out but still way too closeCan't tell how good this Miners team is. They played consistently with NMSU through both games, struggle against UCR, beat UNM, but then struggle against McNeese. I don't know what to expect when we hit conference play.
In the Covid era, we can expect more of this. Glad so much our our bench got minutes.Played with two starters out but still way too close
I have to say that I was worried. When we tied it early in the 2nd half and then found ourselves down by 9 again almost immediately thereafter. When it was still a tight game with only a few minutes to go. Fortunately they started missing shots and fouling Boum, not a good combo for them. There are going to be games like this. Not a good showing, but never felt like we were in danger of losing this one.
Saterfield provided a nice spark in the second half when the offense was struggling to score. Sibley hardly played; could still be flu related.Interesting how few fouls were called. Onyema did some cool stuff. Cudos to Golding for putting him in at the right time. Saterfield overachieved.
How can it be for COVID if it was for concussions? Teicher said it at the start of the gameIn the Covid era, we can expect more of this. Glad so much our our bench got minutes.
