Add salt to the wound.....

I don't agree with his decision, but good luck to him.
Another year won't make a difference he's been here 4 years already. What does another year do, really. He's a late round pic either way.

I concur. He should take his skills to the next level. I happen to believe he's a 3rd - 5th round selection. I think he really shows off his skills at the combine and pro day. Aside from being a change-of-pace 3rd down back, he'll be coveted as a punt/kick return specialist. Best of luck to Aaron. It has been a pleasure watching and rooting for him.

Another year would add to his draft stock. Like I stated, I would be very surprised if he gets drafted and if he does it will be after round 5. He probably won't be starting and will be on a practice squad. My guess is he's just frustrated with Kugler, but who knows.

Well, you know the classic conundrum: stay and add to your draft stock, but also risk a serious injury and lose out on any sort of big money. It is a tough choice.

Have we had a discussion at all about the effect of Jones' leaving on the (sort of) UTEP offense? If we don't have this stud back to go to, does that open up our offense? Did this happen at all last year when he got hurt. Senility and dementia keep me from remembering.....
