Good to hear he will be ok. What CRT did not mention is he worked and now working again in two communities in Fresno and El Paso with active agricultural communites. In the ground is a microbial fungus that gets in the air and into people's lung. A priest I know got Valley Fever right here in El Paso. His care takers told him he got the mold because of the agricultural activity here, possibly. The mold gets kicked up in the air and clings to tissue.

A good provider will rarely (if ever) tell a patient that he/she has cancer without a tissue diagnosis. You can think it clinically and tell a patient you are ruling it out, but don't say it under these circumstances.
