There seems to be a continuing problem regarding players that are in a Tim Floyd Program. Here is a quote from Tim Floyd from back when he was at USC, long before UTEP:
"Kansas has two players who would have been NBA lottery picks, Cole Aldrich and Sherron Collins, and they are returning to school. Good for them. Our guys get an offer from Islamabad and they're gone." - Tim Floyd back when he was the Head Coach at USC.

Here is more from that old article:
"Has Floyd ever stopped to consider that it's his fault his players are on exodus from Los Angeles like the Israelites from Egypt? His program is a mess, his teams constantly underachieve and, to top it off, Floyd himself willingly recruits one-and-done guys like DeRozan and O.J. Mayo. It's all a recipe for guys to flock to the NBA.
Kansas, on the other hand, is a program of stability. Plenty of players leave Lawrence early. But because of Bill Self, Aldrich and Collins know they can improve their game (and, subsequently, their standing for the 2010 draft) while playing for a national championship next season. At USC, what's the incentive for Daniel Hackett to stay around? So his team can get put on probation in November? It doesn't make sense for him to leave (he is projected as a second-round pick)."
Vince Hunter turned Pro without a legitimate chance to get drafted. Lee Moore leaves for China. The total amount of players that have left Floyd's UTEP Program for various reasons has now become almost uncountable.
