Here is an odd stat regarding UTEP AP All-Americans.

Will Hernandez was named 2nd team AP All-American today. This means that UTEP has had almost as many AP All-Americans over the past two years as we have had wins. We have only had 4 wins over the past two years, yet we have had 3 AP All-Americans during that same time(2016 Will Hernandez 2nd team and Aaron Jones 3rd team, 2017 Will Hernandez 2nd team).

What makes this even more odd, is that we have had one of the worst offenses in program history over the past 2 years, yet all 3 of our AP All-Americans have been on offense.

Anyway, a big Congratulations to Will! I am happy that he was able to have a succesful and healthy Senior season!
