Team played harder for him than lefty. We feel that the coaches son was handed the job. I mean that has been pretty clear since he came here, right? Maybe the players feel that way too.

Anyhow, the team seemed to rally around Metz.
 
He called his own plays on the last two drives. Suck on that Higgins! I don't think they played harder for him. I was at the game last night and I noticed he has really good vision on the field and the receivers.
 
Because he can actually see down field... It makes a world of a difference if the QB can do that. Leftwich may have been a good one in high school, but sadly in college it takes height or extreme talent to make it work. He should maybe try to be a WR since he knows the playbook so well...
