Isn't Floyd Contract up on Aug

Floyd Contract is up in Aug, what's gonna happen. He's one of the lowest paid coaches in D1 even though he's highest paid at Utep ever. Curious if he gets raise and extension or just gets a year more to see how this year plays out. Also remember he has no buyout clause.

No, it was extended by the great Bob Stull.

There's no way he's one of the lowest paid in D1. I dare you to find one coach in the SWAC or MEAC who comes close to Floyd money.

He's one of the top 3 as far as pay goes in C-USA. I believe White from La Tech and Haase from UAB are the only ones paid more. Maybe Marshall's coach is in the mix too

Floyd is the second highest paid coach in C-USA, $610,000. He was the highest paid coach in cusa until Hasse fron UAB got a new contract last week that pays him a million a year. White gets paid $600,000 at La Tech.
