Next Years Roster

OK! Here is what we have, as I understand it for next year.
Existing scholarship players:
Flaggert, Harris, Morris, Touchet, Vint, Willms, Winn (7)
Incoming recruits:
McSwiggen, Moore, Romine, Thomas (4)
Non-Scholarship players:
Tevin Caldwell, Chris White. (2) Question about White...what is a "preferred" walkon?
So, we have eleven scholly players. Is thirteen the limit? If so, we are possibly looking to sign two more?
Am I missing anyone or anything?

Preferred walkon means he's actually has a spot on the team and will probably be asked to participate in summer conditioning and strength programs like the other guys. He just won't get scholarship money although his cost of attendance can be covered with loans and grants or course.

Seems accurate to me. We may have another walk-on but not sure at this point. Also hearing reports that Lew is still trying to work his way back onto the team so that would obviously affect scholarship count. FYI - a preferred walk-on is a guy who is assured of a spot on the team, but who is not on schollie.

What happened to Victor Mbachu? He'll be a classified senior next season after redshirting this past year. Would he fill one of the open scholarships or still be considered a walk-on?

What does everyone think about Stallworth? Is there more to see than what we saw last season? Other than being "fine from the line", I thought he looked lost most of the time.

I too thought Lew looked lost and didn't shoot the ball from long range very good.
Maybe CTF doesn't want him back because he didn't show him much either.
But then again he was only a freshman. Either way I wish him well if he stays or goes.

That's my point Purp...I saw nothing about his game that excited me. Would be great to see him excel and surprise me, but I saw nothing. Hopefully if he returns he will srart to turn it around.
