Yesterday, at the opening of Bulls' media day, Derrick Rose, unsolicited, stated that he's looking forward to his day as the NBA "passes out cash". His day meaning free agency where he can attempt to obtain another max contract. Free agency, which for Derrick Rose, is two years away. Two years away where currently he's earning $20 million per year.
Today, he sustained a left orbital fracture at the first practice.
Could not be happening to a scummier individual.
The icing on top of all this would be that he loses the civil lawsuit where he was alledged to have been involved in a gang rape of his former girlfriend.
