Mijo, look in Siberia. You can probably get 50,000 acres for the same money. Move there, develop that land, get rich.
Look in Northern Nevada or north to northwest U.S. Beautiful country. You can get a square mile of land for probably around 100k. You may need to drill a well though.

If you are asking what to buy today, you are already late to the party... GME and AMC, were pumped from ONE person's post on X. Had you bought during the last 3-4 years, you would have made a killing. Those are meme stocks and will pump and dump very hard. I personally focus on crypto, as I can buy/sell all day.
When a company stock is doing well and becomes expensive it can split. The split will allow people to afford buying more full stocks at a lower price.
Right now NVIDIA is approaching $1200 per share. After 10 to 1 split is will be about $120 per share
