Why would we need a 34 floor building?
That was a silly question!
Condominiums, the one been built in Juarez ALL condominiums are SOLD OUT at about 4 million pesos or $203,045 USD each. In fact I do remember that a few years ago an investor from Miami wanted to build 20 story building on the West Side by Coronado but was cancelled due to some stupid neighbors complaining that the building was going to block the view and the investor went somewhere else.

As far as J- Town, that building probably comes with it’s own security.
Which probably means a lot to people who have money.

Do you really think they could lease out a building that size,? I doubt it, I don’t think people here would do the high rise thing.
I know, unfortunately a lot of people in the border land have that small town rancho mentality. I do like the fact that they're starting to build several tall buildings in Juarez for dwelling purposes because city is growing and expanding horizontally crazy far out to the southeast and that's not good.

The Giant Building in Juarez is a Surveillance Tower

Yes, that’s the 20 story Centinela Tower and one of of four currently under construction, the other three are the 34 story Quorum Tower by Misiones and the 19 story Fontera twin towers next to Alameda Iglesias Town Center. Theses last three are Condominiums. Centinela Tower will soon surpass Weststar in height, Quorum is currently at the eight level and has a long ways to go, it will be finished probably by summer or fall of next year.

Where is Juarez getting this money from?? Is the economy in Juarez doing well?
A lot of American companies have offices and centers there. Having been through a few relationships on that side of the bridge I can say safely there are a ton of both affluent and upper middle class neighborhoods that have popped up.

Newsflash ur on a message board. It's where people ask questions about certain topics. If you don't want to see questions get off message boards. Besides who put you in charge??? I'm supposed to be on here, I work for JCorona. Who do you work for?? 🤔🤔
How much do you pay him @JCorona ?
