First of all, I am not a Laker fan at all, but have found this show on HBO to be quite enjoyable. I hate the modern NBA, and this show is a throwback on how the Lakers Dynasty got started right after the 1979 Byrd vs Johnson national championship.
Well, I settle in and start watching Episode 4, Who the F**ck is Jack McKinney, and 16 minutes in there is a hilarious segment where Magic and Cooper meet Pat Riley for the first time right before training camp. I don't want to ruin it for anyone watching the show, but if you are like me, this show will hook you in and you will really enjoy it.
If you really don't want to see it, at least start episode 4 and watch that little clip 15-16 minutes in as it is worth it just for that laughable moment.
