Schools More Dedicated to Winning vs UTEP

Insert any Division 1 school and I would imagine most D2 and D3 schools...and most NAIA schools. Probably most high schools fit in there. Perhaps some....
UNLV fired their coach Arroyo after their third year. He was 7-23. UNLV with 1st year HC sits at 8-2.
Dimel was 5-27 after 3 years….
Jacksonville St coach “resigns” with two games left in the season after a 4-5 start. He was at the school 8 years and had a 72-26 record. Jacksonville St since that move is 16-5 and if it wasn’t for some stupid transition rules would be a contender for a spot in the championship game.
I doubt Dimel will ever hit 72 wins in his lifetime…
UTSA let’s Wilson go after 4 years and a 19-29 record. Since that move UTsA is 37-13 but more importantly 27-3 in conference games.
Dimel was 12-33 after four years at UTEP and signed an extension….
NMSU fired a coach after going 25-74. Two years later they’ve won a bowl game and will play in a conference championship and another bowl.
Let Dimel coach another year and he’ll probably finish with the same winning percentage as Martin.
Idk I’m sure there’s a lot more. Those are the first that come to mind.

I think there is more than 1 way to show you're dedicated to winning. Its not just the Coach. The Program is broken.
We need an AD and a Coach who can turn this around.
