Every program is moving from developing talent to obtaining it off the shelf via portal or transfer market. The simple fact remains there is a lot of potential talent out there, in JC, in HS in the portal and overseas and a quality coach can navigate this change in college sports. Golding is a younger coach as has a lot of exposure to this and I am sure he has the skill set to navigate and elevate this program no matter who comes or goes. We have an a example of this with Williams departure last year, don't think anybody could argue that we are more successful this season w/o Williams than we were last season with him.
