Price took Kug players who we thought had no chance to win a game and if our kicker would have made one of 3 kicks we win. Same players same staff but should have won. Looks to me like Price is actually the better coach and Kug was the issue. And we can't even say they played harder because of the change. Hell they was mad Kug got fired.

But you could also tell that the team had energy and they were having fun. Plus they were taking shots down field. And the crowd was into the game as well. Unfortunately Greenlee was high on almost every big throw. This team will get at least one win.

This week the players learned Price puts them in a position to win They should play even better next week. Kugler got 1 last laugh with our FG kicker though.

I guess you get what you pay for in college head coaches....unfortunately for UTEP, most of the P5 schools and some G5 schools are paying their assistants more than UTEP pays its head coach......
