Stull's accomplishments?

I remember a few years ago everyone stating that Stull was responsible UTEP's upgrades at the DHC and the Sun Bowl ( if you can call them that), but what I have noticed is that since a person named Mack B. Rhoades IV left UTEP, absolutely nothing major has been done at UTEP.

Is that correct or do I have my timeline wrong?

Yup, Houston athletics benefited from the great Mack! If he can resurrect Baylor, the dude is a true magician.
