I’m excited bro. Let’s not forget Golding brought in a JC kid averaging 18ppg. Everyone was happy. He’s a miner legend now.

I voted a big and I think it was the one winning.
We need both a good big and 3 point shooter though.

Another good shooter and steals guy but only averaged 2 assists a game. I guess Golding doesn't want anybody that can run the half court and create scoring?
Watched some highlights. Bynum has a high level jump shot and is a good finisher.
I think he is a solid pickup. Similar to how we viewed Camper last year. Hopefully, Bynum adjusts back quickly to D1 level, and can minimize the up and down issues we saw with Camper. In terms of roster construction, I view Bynum as a guy who can come right in and take a good chunk of Hardy's minutes.
We still need another guard to make of for losing Powell, as well as a forward who can make up for what Solomon and dos Anjos should have been. I have very little confidence that Jones can come in and play starter minutes due to the fact that he is essentially a freshman again in terms of game experience. Also, I bet Golding is going to ride Terrell and Thomas at the point; meaning I would be surprised if he adds another true PG.
According to his mix tape he never misses.
Now go find a good big man. How many scholarships are available if Barnes commits? 2?
I'll ask again...Why is one of Billy Gillispie's players being recruited by UTEP?
Last year, Barnes shot nearly 40% from 3 pt range, and 86% from the line. He's small, but would provide another scoring option in the backcourt.
And Tarleton had a solid season from what I remember. Bring in guys who can score and/or know how to win.
Sounds like a good add. Timbug was 6'. Good stats. If he wasn't a good defender, Golding wouldn't be after him.
But why is UTEP recruiting a Tarleton St player? Why does Gillispie want to give him up?
Give him up? He is transferring just like a thousand other players.

He'd be a good pick up and we'd be set at guard. I mentioned his name before, but nothing's official yet. Let's get him signed then get a 6-7/6-8 guy who can shoot and rebound!
I was hoping for an experienced transfer point guard that can lead the team and give Terrell some more room to grow. Still hoping for that PF as well.
Golding should go after Elijah Hawkins from Minnesota. Undersized. Started 33 games in the Big 10 this past season. Shoots well. Great assist and steals guy. Could easily average 15ppg in CUSA as well.

That is correct. Devon Barnes visited this weekend, but hasn't committed.
Hebb hits 3 ptrs in practice not in a games. This I can only assume helps the team see what it looks like for a 3 to go down the basket. I'm guessing Golding hope this improves the teams overall psyche SMH 😏

Yeah that's what I saw too originally, couldn't find the 18.5. I'm guessing those were from 22-23 not 23-24I don’t get it either. 6.8 points per game in 2 minutes per game is great!
