Ah, the O'Bannon factor cemented by SCOTUS this past summer.

With 11-15k with private business's having to shell out for tickets to give out doesn't really determine a market value for a UTEP football player IMO. In real estate it's called concessions and if concessions are to heavy (private sector buying up tickets to give out to get butts in the seats like UTEP is doing) then it indicates a heavy buyers market. UTEP is a seller trying to sell their 1,500 square foot tract home in a dense saturated market. They'll spend elsewhere.

Just keep winning and make the buyers come.
