I asked Trace Meadows about the thumbs down thing. He Basically said wait for it. It will make sense soon. IDK..

We got a THIRD QB commitment from this weekend. Looks like a backup QB at APU last year?
3 QB's, I wonder if Gael Ochoa is headed to UNLV, I bet so. Seems like UTEP now has a TON of QB's... Let's see how this all plays out.
I think the QBs remaining from Dimel's Recruiting are gonna have to transfer!
I do like that we upgraded from JC players to FCS players. Hopefully soon we’ll be recruiting FBS players.
It has been refreshing (and surprising) to see so much recruiting activity through the various social media platforms. I commend the coaching staff and athletic department for implementing such a public strategy. Secondly, I can't remember a time where each position fb coach was celebrated in such a public way. The cynical side of me says that it may not result in any wins, but I sure like the approach.

I'm all for trying a new approach. Especially since the old way has absolutely failed at UTEP before. So we shall see, but I like this coach and his energy and at least he's really trying that's obvious early on!
Well, I looked at APU's roster from last season and they had 7 QBs listed. So maybe they keep the ones willing to stay?
I saw him play vs Eastwood and he did a great job keeping them competitive. Granted, Eastwoood’s defense wasn’t that impressive but you could tell he was the most talented kid when Franklin had the ball.
