SMU is number #23. When will they start winning?

Same thing about Utep. So far Utep has the number 1recruiting class for CUSA , last year and for now this year. When do you guys think Utep should start seeing that success on the field? Will Walden be able to keep recruiting high quality players with a 0-4 record?

I'm interested to see how the offense looks this upcoming week with McConnell at QB. He was clearly the more advanced quarterback during the spring game and last week pretty much confirmed that. If the offense plays as well the rest of the way, the season might end on a positive note.

How many of that #1 recruiting class is actually playing? Ratings alone wont win games, especially if they are small, like UTEP is... Specifically on the lines. Call be a pendejo, but I think Cade puts on a show and beats SHSU

Give Walden time. He’s learning on the job, hence his reluctance to bench Sky.

He’s selling UTEP, and doing a great job at it. Let him get some experience coaching, combine that with his recruiting classes, maybe a little NIL money, and he’ll succeed.

He'd better hurry and get better. Poppapop said Walden has his eyes on higher level coaching like in the NFL. 0-4 start kinda gets in the way of that.
