I like the idea of building a smaller, more intimate arena with suites. I like the idea of downsizing and building a smaller arena that can then be filled up night after night. In a perfect world UTEP would adopt the same model if they were to ever decide to demolish the Don Haskin’s Center but since it would be the de facto concert venue that would be highly unlikely.
