and Lord I do hope he is not, but if he is and if the 7 newcomers are all scholarship worthy then I believe UTEP will be 4 over the limit of 13. There are 10 that "may" be back on the current team that will be on scholarship. Who would be gone if this is the case? Pretty shabby way to run a program.

Also, if Floyd is gone, and that would be fantastic, would the new coach have his hands tied with this scholarship situation?

But seriously, when Floyd repeatedly oversigns players year after year, it's just a matter of logic to his players that some of them will not make the cut. Why would players show loyalty to UTEP when UTEP displays its lack of loyalty to the players by annually oversigning as a matter of policy?

Give out four-year schollies like the Big Ten does. Prove your loyalty to your players.
