This time of year has a lull in the action for college sports. As the new school year approaches and football season, too; I'm sure it will pick up.

I still check it from time to time. I enjoy this board from late december until just after signing day. We're just not big enough to have a lot of recruiting action like the elite BCS schools do all year

baseball drop reason

was because of Prop 9? or what ever the rule is that you must have an equal amount of women sports/scholarships. They dropped baseball to add a couple of women sports. I hope that now that we are in CUSA and it has such a strong baseball conference, we will reconsider. We (I played back in the 70's) played in the "Dudley Dome" and not many/any students attended because of the drive, etc. Hopefully they will build a field on campus so students would be able to attend. Maybe a local can ask Stull that at a Press conference?
