First thing I would do if I were him is kick the fund raising machine into high gear. There is some palpable excitement in the air considering we are looking for new coaches. If I were him I would come out and say, “If you want a winner, give me the money to make a winner.” I hate the Natalicio school of thought that says we need to do more with less.
