The losses to Utah Valley and San Jose St outweigh any “good loss” that this Louisville would bring. UTEP is in the 100s in NET, they’re not getting an at-large.
UTEP definitely has a chance if they only lose 2-3 more games.

The margin was bad.Losing by 30 is pretty rough though. It would have been nice to beat San Jose State and win that tournament.
Im talking about let's say they do what Barbees tourney team did. They get on a big win streak and get maybe get ranked. But then they loose in the the championship game. Then I could see them getting an at large bid. That's the only scenario I could see for an at large bid. I believe Barbees team was 14-1 in conference and lost in the Championship game. The losses to Utah Valley and San Jose St outweigh any “good loss” that this Louisville would bring. It was early in the season and on the road. I think committe could look past it.The margin was bad.
I don't think they would get in, but it's possible in that scenario. Barbee's team lost early and to the same team in the championship so that helped. Lets hope it doesn't come to that.Im talking about let's say they do what Barbees tourney team did. They get on a big win streak and get maybe get ranked.
