You obviously are not aware of Senter’s unique ability to find qualified candidate’s using his Powerpoint Presentation Method. Senter has implemented this method in hiring great candidates like Dimel and Terry. I’m sure he’ll continue to use it when hiring our next BB coach.

Holy crap, Sadler?! He runs a clean program but UTEP will be mid pack CUSA West while he is here. That's a Teich and some boosters love affair with the coach but it ends there.
Barbee or Golding would be awesome. I don't feel good about Jans. The WAC is wack.

Barbee has a reputation as a great recruiter as if it's such a difficult job luring talent to freaking Kentucky. Why couldn't he recruit players to Auburn?

It's not gonna be Sadler. It was a courtesy interview I heard. 3 more interviews left, not sure who they all are. Golding is being interviewed today or tomorrow. Jans, is a Big target I hear not sure if NMSU is allowing the interview yet, but Jans is interested in at least listening. Keller is very interested and Utep is looking more into what happened with he administrative error at SFA, before moving forward. DeVries might be difficult to get after signing an 8 year extension, but he should be Uteps Top Target along with Golding, Keller or Jans. If you're asking why I know this, it's because I know someone within the Sports Administration.

You go with the facts. Kap confirmed Doc and Barbee is an assumption made on this board with no facts.
Just read an Auburn article from not to long ago and reminded me of Barbee when he was here: His arrogance, and he himself knows it. Complaints were plentiful on here of his lack of reach out to fans and it became known. One Auburn writer put it best:

Jans has to be salivating at this job. Terry's base was two and half more than his base pay.
As I said early this morning, yes Utep has requested. I don't know the response from DeVries and Drake's side however.

If you’re talking Last Chance U, he was a helluva coach. Not sure he could make the jump from JUCO to DI, but I was impressed with him. He’s the only Last Chance coach I’ve been impressed with, obviously including all the football one’s.
But wasn't one of the story lines that his team's have been good in the regular season, but then they regularly get upset early in the play-offs and he has never been able to win the Championship?
And a great assistant coach. He has all the qualifications to be a great coach but he is just not a good recruiter.
Sadler.......he's a good coach but his style of ball would put everyone to sleep. His style is also why he can't recruit, no kid wants to average 10 points a game on 7 shots for a career.
UTEP can pay more than Drake after his new contract. There was complaining in Drake fandom I read this morning that is they can't even pay him $400,000/year than Drake shouldn't even be in the MVC.
Anyways, El Paso real estate home market is hot now, not Austin hot, not even close, but inventory of homes below $200,000 is very, very low and going like hot cakes as reported in the news the other day. I work in it and it's true. This is a Texas growing trend. My point is you can't exclude a new batch of new and experienced candidates lighting up Senter's phone interested in relocating to El Paso. These candidates aren't stupid and look at the bigger picture of family, schools, affordability, no state income tax. UTEP will not get a Coach Cal but your DeVries type coach may answer the phone.
