It did improve from the horrible 2017 season, though not by much.

haha True. UTEP is so bad that going 1-11 in 2018, 1-11 in 2019, 3-5 in 2020, 7-6 in 2021, 5-7 in 2022, and 3-9 in 2023 is an "improvement".

I would love to talk to the people that think Charlie Bailey going 19-53-2 is a "success". Dimel went 20-49, so pretty much the same.
