Would be a nice going away present for UTSA, to have a big crowd and hopefully an ass whoopin by the Miners. I can feel it, a UH/UCF type game.

Then once again in 2004, the Miners were on the verge of having a good season when nationally ranked Fresno State came to town. I don't know if it was a sellout but the stadium was near capacity. Once again, a raucous crowd helped the Miners win a hard-fought victory over a tough but fair Bulldog team. May have been our last victory over a nationally ranked team.

I definitely remember Price knocking off a highly ranked Houston team after that.

IDK, the MW wated us, then they didn't want us. They wanted us again, now they don't want us again. I imagine they'll want us again in the future.

I don't know how much they ever wanted us (lots of rumors, but nothing official), but some wins and fan support will go a long way.
