I doubt he's coming here. He made it a point to write uncommitted. He accepted a free trip and that's it. If we can't close on the official visit, I don't like our chances with these players

Any updates on our NIL? Recruiting has been a total dud so far and nobody seems to want to leave. It's almost like Golding has been brandished already. He better do something quick.
We went through this discussion a year ago, Golding has no problems getting guys to come to UTEP on visits but it’s the closing the deal part that’s the issue
In fairness, he did the same for his trip to La Tech.
Looks like an experienced guard that has the potential to score (scored about 16 ppg at Ut-Arlington and 22 ppg at Tyler JUCO, did not get to play at TCU too much).

I’m not in the guys head nor do I control his social media. It happens. The same thing happened with Mike peake, he came to visit Utep but was already silently committed to NMSU. Again I’m just going based off what I heard. Other than that, recruiting is pretty slow.
Per year or spread over their remaining years of eligibility as long as they remain at UTEP?

Finally Golding nabs a guy that can score. Of course it has to translate from JUCO to D1, but it seems like a decent pick up.
Biggest recruiting time of the year and other than a JC guy, silence for days. Thanks Senter and Golding. I guess Golding is putting all his eggs in the current team's basket.
