Nobody is changing their game attending habits because the Golddiggers changed their name. Only family and friends go to UTEP games to only see the Dance team. Regular fans don’t care what they’re called, unless it’s something racial or demeaning.

Well, that was the name of the dance group from the 50’s onward (see Heritage House on campus for old yearbooks, the flowsheet, that show the name)
