and stop being cheap. I think its nonsense that they cant spend the money to bring in a top notch coach. Its a lot like poker,you cant win if you dont play. UTEP is going to have to start spending top money for coaches. IT wasnt so long ago that TCU,UTAH and Boise State were in the same conference as Utep. Now UTEP is nowhere near that level. How did UTEP fall so behind???
