The backups might have been put in too early. For around 4 minutes it was Horton, Jones, Hebb, Wickware and Thomas. That's when the lead got cut in half.

I cut them some slack for the Tarleton game. You're bound to have 1 of those kind of games. This 2 games in a row. We up 20 and even at that point I don't think we played that well.
It might be that this is just going to be the type of team we have. For some reason, I can see them going to Liberty and winning by 15 then turning around and losing by 20 at FIU.

Well we didn’t collapse and blow it. Similar to the previous game we held and won. How many years recently has that gone the opposite direction ? This team has grit

I get that the back ups were in for the last 5 minutes or so. However unless this team gets back to what they’ve showed against Louisville Yale will win by double digits! This team is better I believe or hope than the last two games.
If UTEP wins, there will be certain fans acting like beating a 6-6 team at home is special.

Probably going to be a game that looks better in February than it will now. They've played a tough schedule and played some good teams very well.

Agree. The Miners aren’t going to have any big wins until they get into conference tourney play…and even then, “big” might be debatable.
Well they are in the top 100 of NET. It would be a good win if we can get it.
Yes. Ultimately the teams that we played winning benefits UTEP, whether UTEP utilizes those results or not. It’s common sense.
If JSU goes on to win their conference tournament it is a feather, albeit however small, in our cap.

It’s the lack of consistency that is killing me with this team. Sometimes it feels like we can beat almost anyone, but it also often feels we can lose to anyone. The lack of bigs will be Golding’s demise.
