Good coaching resume for a young offensive minded former player that has respect all over Texas.Would get a lot of support from the high school level and coaches in terms of recruiting. Take a chance UTEP! Step outside of the box! We could bring in a mind that came from a team that would consistently throw for over 500 yards a game and has a game with over 650 yards passing under his belt.

I would just be shocked if his name has not come up. Shocked! If UTEP could ever get to the level of a Texas Tech program this city would sell out the Sun Bowl consistently. Give us something to be excited about and fun to watch!!!!

What about former UT coach Strong? Kug should be happy with that. Strong on discipline, conservative, runs a clean program, well spoken and will run offenses that win games, not what would make Rockne smile from heaven.
