I think he would be a nice fit at UTEP. Took a midmajor to the sweet 16 in the last decade. Has some ties to Texas. Grew up around the WKU area so also has a connection with CUSA. Being a former WKU player he must keep up with the conference scores and records. He also has a twitter so millenials can relate to him.

600k in El Paso will go a lot further than 300k does in Austin.
