What does Scotty O'Hara bring to the table? Young guy, seems like an up and comer. He's had success with wide receivers. Are ya'll excited or would you have preferred a seasoned OC?

Nothing under Dimel. That's why he was promoted to that position.
Hard to get excited about anything UTEP nowadays.

resume builder for him, Dimel calls the play. Not much will change.
The OC at Utep doesn’t have much control. It will help his resume but not much else. That said I’m glad they move someone from their staff up.
He gets a raise, title, but does his previous job. Nobody worth hiring would come to UTEP to be an offensive coordinator with zero autonomy.
