Great college coach but WTH was he thinking taking a pro job. His style of ball was doomed from the start in the NBA. (and taking the CAVs job was a double WTH) . The CAVs hit their peak a few years back and now like almost every other PRO teams that hit the top it's followed by a slow decline into the abyss.
