Both. Two episodes ago on "Better Call Saul" reminded me of the "Durangito case" how he(Jimmy aka Saul) used a bunch of outlandish claims and dirty tricks to keep an old coot from having to move out of "his" home for demolition.

When I saw that Acker character a few weeks ago it was drivng me crazy because I remember him from another show and when you mentioned it I had to look it up immediately. He was on "Northern Exposure", "Sheriff Fenton Washburn" on Dallas and the General on "War Games".
